Cancellations and Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase of any non-alcohol items, you may return the items for a refund within 30 days of the initial date of order, provided the items are returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price once the item has been returned.
You will receive a notification via email when your return has been processed.

This website is intended for adults 21 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 21. If you believe that a person under the age of 21 has provided personal information to us, please contact us with sufficient detail to enable us to delete that information. The only customer information that our website collects and stores is information that our customers volunteer to us at checkout for the purpose of fulfilling and refunding their online order(s).
The security of your personal information is critical to us. We do not process or store any personal payment information. All transactions are processed by Heartland – a secure, third-party, who tokenizes your data, so only they have access to it.
Sales and Shipping
We do not ship. All sales are for local pickup only. Any person picking up an order at the store must be 21 years or older and must present valid government-issued identification.
